Big Idea – Jesus is the one who was born to fix the problem of sin, to fix the friendship between us and God.

Lesson Background
We move straight from Genesis 3, to the birth of Jesus, who is the fulfilment of God’s promise to fix the problem of sin. The aim is to teach the kids that God had a plan and that plan was fulfilled in Jesus – his birth, death and resurrection.
Outcomes
Children will understand that Jesus is the promised saviour and if we listen to his word and obey him then we can be friends with God.
