Passage : John 14:15-21

If you missed our daytime services today, you can catch up on this recording!
Richard Coekin teaches from John 14:15-21 helping us consider how the Holy Spirit is another advocate and the Spirit of truth.

Please join in our live stream here on Sundays, at 9:00, 10:45, 4:00 and 6:30: www.dundonald.org/live-stream/

Reflection questions:

  • How are we finding ‘lockdown exhaustion’ at the moment? How do we feel about the summer coming up?
  • (v16) How does the promise of the Spirit with disciples as another advocate give us comfort? Do we think much of the personal presence and help of Jesus in our lives by his Spirit?
  • (v17) What difference does it make that he is the Spirit of truth in a world of lies and confusion? Knowing this, how can we spur one another on in tough moments of anxiety and exhaustion?
