Big Idea – Just like the bronze snake in the desert we can look to Jesus to be saved!
Numbers 20 & 21, John 3:14
Outcomes
- Understand that the Israelites complained because they didn’t trust God
- Rejoice in how God provided a way of salvation through the bronze snake
- Look to Jesus’ death on the cross for salvation like the bronze snake (John 3)
Implications
- Belief – look to the cross to be saved!
- Behaviour – learn the lesson from the Israelites to not grumble but to trust God
