London, and indeed the rest of the world, needs men and women who are willing be trained to bring God’s Word into people’s lives.
Dundonald ministry trainees receive training in how to understand and read the Bible through the Cornhill Training Course, through our weekly Preaching Class, in the Co-Mission Ministry Training workshops, through 1:1 work with a member of the senior staff at Dundonald, in opportunities to write talks and sermons and lead Bible studies, and by taking part in conferences and events alongside their staff trainer.
Ministry trainees have opportunities to be involved in a range of different ministries across the life of the church, and to provide leadership in different areas of ministry, generally a ministry of particular interest to the trainee.
The Ministry Training Scheme also gives trainees the opportunity to serve in a variety of practical ways, contributing to the wider ministry of the church, including setting up for events, helping with catering, and lots of behind the scenes ministry.
Each year we invite applications for our Ministry Training Scheme.
If you would like to be trained in handling the Bible, to learn vital ministry skills, and to serve in practical ways in the life of a busy and flourishing church, please get in touch.
