It was Friday night; the inflatables were up, the popcorn was ready and the dangerous Club kids were desperate to compete against their parents.
This was the scene last Friday night where we gathered for our yearly kids v. parents Dangerous club. The evening started with a short talk about Jesus The King, and in particular the way into the His Kingdom.
Then things got dangerous when we participated in Laser Tag, Benchball, Last Man Standing and Inflatable Boxing.
A highlight of the evening was witnessing the fire brigade turn up to play their part in a smoke filled laser tag room. And another was watching kids trying to jump over a fast approaching sweeper in Last Man Standing. As a leader, it was great seeing parents have fun with their kids and chatting to other parents.
What a great night!
