God answering our prayers has been central to the story of Dundonald.

We have always found ourselves constantly in need of God’s leading and resources and in turning to God we have found him wonderfully gracious and patient. Indeed, there are many examples of extraordinary provision.

We organise monthly prayer meetings that occupy primary importance in our church calendars. We generally share the Lord’s Supper and spend time praising God, praying for our international partners and bringing the concerns of our churches before the Lord.

We also encourage prayer triplets and early-morning prayer gatherings.

Prayer and The Lord’s Prayer has been so critical in our church life that our Senior Pastor Richard Coekin has written a book on the subject.

We are so aware of constantly needing God that the primary way of getting involved in Dundonald is to join us in daily prayer and to make congregational monthly prayer meetings first priority in our diaries.
